职位描述

1. According to company annual recruitment plan, implementing recruitment and on-time provide the right talent to recruiting department.
根据公司年度招聘计划及预算,协调各用人部门及时有效地完成招聘工作;
2. Be responsible for recruitment mechanism build and continuously improvement.
负责招聘体系的建立和完善,不断优化招聘流程;
3. Regulate the interview process, follow up the feedback to make sure closing the position within target date.
规范招聘流程,跟踪招聘反馈,确保岗位在目标时间内关闭;
4. Select resumes and conduct first-round tele-interview. Utilize the effective tools to examin/test candidate so that sourcing out the suited one.
甄选简历,并进行第一轮视频面试。利用有效测评工具选择合适人员;
5. Jointly with department managers to compile the JD manual, and clarify the qualifications for each position.
与用人部门合作,编制公司岗位说明书,明确各岗位任职及能力要求;
6. Develop and maintain recruitment channels and evaluate them periodically to make sure all channels in effectiveness.
开发和维护招聘渠道,并进行定期评估,以确保招聘渠道的有效性。


Qualifications 任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree. HR or related management major.
本科及以上学历,人力资源或管理类相关专业优先;
2. Five years working experience with two years staffing related experience. Have experienced in
mechanical industry will be priority.
5年工作经验,其中2年以上相关招聘经验,有机械行业招聘经验者优先;
3. Good capability to source out good talent.
具备良好的人才筛选、甄别能力;
4. Open minded, Pro-active, and have capability to take press.
性格开朗,积极勤奋,具备较强的抗压能力;
5. Good communication skills.
良好沟通能力;
6. Good capability on MS-Office applications.
熟练操作办公应用软件,包括:PPT, word, excel;
7. Good English literacy.
良好的英语听说读写能力

该岗位需要一周内2天在昆山工厂,3天在上海办事处办公
